Job summary

DÔEN in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Stylist to engage customers, provide styling advice, and embody the brand’s luxury aesthetic on the sales floor. The role reports to the Dallas Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional service, building client relationships, and achieving store sales goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of fashion retail experience (luxury preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and tech familiarity (Shopify).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion retail; luxury retail preferred.
• Energetic, confident and adaptable with problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Tech competency; experience with Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized client experience by leading with exceptional service on the sales floor, greeting customers in a timely and engaging manner, and providing styling advice that reflects the brand’s aesthetic using product knowledge.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Drive business growth and meet sales goals as an individual and as part of the store team, by addressing customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain a book of business through building client relationships.
• Arrive on time and be floor ready with a professional presence in line with the Dôen brand, and respond promptly to internal and external communication.
• Maintain visual standards on a daily basis, while supporting a visually enticing store and backstock that is neat, clean, and organized.
• Interface with the store team in a manner that promotes learning, respect and a positive work environment.
• Understand and follow employee handbook and company guidelines including but not limited to core values, dress code guidelines and customer service guidelines.
• Protect store assets and inventory.
• Abide by company policies.
