Jared in the United States seeks a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category, lead visual merchandising, and elevate customer experience. You will coach the team, drive category performance, and bring the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and compelling presentation.

You will collaborate with store leadership to develop talent, deliver consistent fashion presentations, and connect with customers through curated recommendations and meaningful moments in jewelry

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion category leadership and retail execution.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category performance — drive sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling for fashion.
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching and visual execution.
• Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection.
• Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and launches.
• Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member each month.
• Provide real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering.
• Turn training into daily behaviors and habits.
• Help customers express creativity through styling and personal recommendations.
• Drive KPI improvements including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
• Lead by example to reinforce consistent Fashion presentations.
