DÔEN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Charleston flagship on Kings Street. Lead the sales team, drive growth, and maintain brand standards in a luxury fashion environment.

In this role you will mentor staff, manage inventory and visuals, and ensure exceptional client service. The position requires a proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills, including holiday/weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a fashion retail environment, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience reconciling cash receipts and end-of-day closing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in POS, inventory and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the sales team, develop training and assess performance.
• Maintain inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Deliver personalized client experiences and build client relationships.
