Job summary

Marc Jacobs Vacaville Premium Outlets seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor to support store leadership, drive sales, and coach the team on brand standards. You will open/close the store, manage the floor and stockroom, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Strong product knowledge, client relationship skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to elevate service and sales in this premium outlet environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or sales with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed store sales and KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready and welcoming.
• Build sales by sharing styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Foster client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe and pillars.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Keep both sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
