Job summary

FRAME, a modern fashion brand, seeks a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in our Aspen store. You will build relationships, understand the FRAME aesthetic, and ensure the sales floor reflects the brand's refined style.

In this role you will support operations, merchandise with confidence, and stay ahead of fashion trends. The position requires 1–2 years of luxury retail experience and a passion for service and styling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years sales experience in luxury environment.
• Energetic, confident personality with strong work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent time management, ownership and self-awareness.
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds when merchandising.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a loyal client base with personalized service.
• Deliver and uphold brand's high standards of client experience.
• Meet individual sales plans and contribute to store targets.
• Coordinate shipping, alterations, and special requests for satisfaction.
• Maintain selling floor policies and visual standards.
• Demonstrate styling and merchandising skills.
• Support shipments, RTVs, and transfers as needed.
• Communicate inventory needs to Management.
• Relay client feedback regarding product successes or issues.
