Job summary

As a brand ambassador, you will build relationships to encourage repeat visits and Saks credit card usage, contributing to overall sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Be familiar with store inventory to provide product knowledge to customers.
• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions.
• Foster repeat business by building relationships and promoting Saks credit card.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system and adhere to checkout standards.
• Resolve customer issues with trust, integrity and respect.
• Achieve individual and store sales, customer acquisition and loyalty goals.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, re-size fixtures, and sign displays as needed.
• Complete markdowns and participate in store programs and events.
• Ensure merchandise displays comply with brand standards.
