You will expand business using clienteling tools and participate in the InCircle program while supporting store presentation standards. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, life and disability coverage, and other voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• Motivated and results driven.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commission sales experience.
• Previous retail experience.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and climb stairs.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences.
• Educate self and others on merchandise.
• Follow up on customer requests and commitments.
• Collaborate with team to maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor.
• Assist with using clientele tools and the InCircle program to drive personal sales.
• Support audit processes and adapt to changing business needs.
