• Own the Fashion Category: lead total Fashion category performance, styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling; diagnose gaps and coach outcomes.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion: manage Fashion visual merchandising and displays; align with product launches and brand priorities.
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching): observe and coach on fashion presentation, provide actionable feedback, translate training into daily habits.
• Activate the Brand Promise: help customers express creativity, discover personal style, and celebrate moments through Fashion jewelry.
• Drive Performance Excellence: improve KPIs like ATV, attachment, and clienteling; ensure consistent presentations across the team.
• Lead and Develop Talent: partner with store leadership to identify and grow Fashion talent; foster teamwork and accountability.
