Qualifications

• The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for Fashion merchandise in the store.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category: lead total fashion performance including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion: own all fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Build Team Capability: monthly coaching and real-time feedback to improve styling and wardrobe building.
• Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express creativity and celebrate moments through fashion jewelry.
• Drive Performance Excellence: improve key KPIs, reinforce presentations across the team.
• Lead and Develop Talent: collaborate with store leadership to identify and develop fashion talent.
