24 Seven Talent is seeking a Client Advisor for our American Dream luxury retail experience. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience through personalized service, styling recommendations, and relationship management.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and a passion for fashion. Responsibilities include sales achievement, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with the team to uphold elevated standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of retail experience; luxury fashion experience is preferred.
• Experience with international or premium brands is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for luxury fashion, clienteling, sales, and exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly, seasonal, and store sales goals.
• Drive KPIs through outstanding customer service and sales interactions.
• Develop deep knowledge of merchandise and current collections.
• Identify new sales opportunities through events, partnerships, and networking.
