• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experience.

• Excellent product presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and aligned with luxury standards.
• Ability to multitask and perform calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong POS accuracy and comfortable handling transactions.
• Professional, polished presentation aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs defined by store leadership.
• Replenish products and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Support merchandising and inventory activities; keep floor neat and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to sales policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Assist with unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, stock checks, and tagging.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with client experience protocol.
• Maintain the store Client Book and daily outreach for relationship building.
• Conduct daily virtual fitting room pitches as directed by leadership.
• Continue education and product knowledge training; participate in Trainer sessions.
• Uphold store readiness and FOH/BOH excellence.
• Serve as a brand expert, inspiring the team with product knowledge.
