• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.
• Drive KPI goals by delivering the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Ferrari Lifestyle merchandise.
• Identify new opportunities through events, activations, and collaborations with fashion outlets and stylists.
• Maintain sales-related policies and procedures.
• Keep up with fashion industry trends and market movements.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Ferrari Lifestyle standards.
• Capture meaningful customer data via CRM and personalize future client development.
• Maintain an active, organized client book with timely follow-ups.
• Confidently discuss trends and luxury market developments with clients.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience.
• Manage register functions and daily sales operations.
• Support leadership with inventory counts and stock management.
• Keep selling floor neat and presented according to brand image.
• Escalate product concerns to Store Leadership promptly.
