Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the in-store Fashion category, drive performance, elevate team capability and bring the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead visual merchandising, coach teammates, and align displays with product launches, ensuring consistency in fashion presentation and customer connection across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fashion category in a retail setting.
• Strong styling, wardrobe-building, and product storytelling skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members monthly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion category performance and drive sales and standards.
• Lead visual marketing for Fashion and ensure compelling displays.
• Provide monthly coaching to team members on styling and presentation.
• Activate the brand promise by helping customers express creativity through fashion.
• Drive key KPIs and reinforce consistent fashion presentations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent.
