Jared in our stores seeks a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category, lead brand activation, and drive category performance through styling and storytelling.

You will coach monthly, develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while aligning with the Accessible Luxury promise and Signet’s values.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Fashion category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution
• Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching) with actionable feedback on styling and layering
