Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category and drive category performance, styling, and product storytelling
• Lead visual merchandising and presentation standards for Fashion to inspire customers
• Coach monthly on Fashion presentation and develop daily habits for strong display
• Activate the Brand Promise by helping customers express creativity and personal style
• Drive KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors across the Fashion team
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent and a culture of teamwork
