Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion category performance, driving sales and standards.
• Lead visual marketing by managing presentations and displays.
• Provide monthly coaching on styling and layering to team members.
• Convey the brand promise through compelling customer experiences.
• Drive KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
• Partner with store leaders to identify and grow Fashion talent.
