CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor at Saks in Atlanta. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, leveraging fashion knowledge to inspire clients, and driving sales while building lasting relationships with customers and brand ambassadors.

You will work with a diverse sales team, report to boutique leadership, and support repairs and alterations follow-up. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work late nights,

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Accept repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
