Job summary

Champions Social Club in Dallas is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily Front of House operations and uphold luxury service standards. You’ll coach servers, bartenders, hosts and support staff while delivering memorable experiences to members and guests.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage opening/closing, POS, inventory, and side work, while partnering with Culinary and Club Leadership to ensure seamless operations and a hospitality-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in upscale dining or private club.
• Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications required.
• Flexible evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills with hospitality focus.
• Coach and motivate a Front of House team.
• Remain calm, professional, and solution oriented.
• Strong organizational skills; multitask and prioritize.
• POS systems experience; basic admin tasks preferred.
• Stand/walk extended periods; lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front of House operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and support Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and staff.
• Maintain luxury service standards and proactive guest seating.
• Oversee service with accuracy and professional presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and menu offerings.
• Oversee health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing, POS, inventory, and side work.
• Partner with Culinary and Club Leadership for seamless ops.
• Train and develop Front of House team.
• Uphold Champions culture and teamwork.
• Perform other duties to support club success.
