Job summary

Terranea Resorts' flagship restaurant mar’sel seeks a General Manager to oversee dining room, bar and host operations, drive financial performance, and maintain Four-Star Forbes standards.

You will lead staff training, coach leaders, manage costs, and partner with HR and Purchasing to optimize guest experience and revenue. The role requires Forbes/Michelin-level hospitality experience and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of fine dining experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with Forbes/Michelin standards and restaurant operations.
• Strong communication, training and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mar’sel dining room, bar and host operations to ensure service consistency.
• Lead staff training, development and performance coaching.
• Drive revenue and manage costs in line with F&B goals and controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Purchasing to optimize staffing, inventory and supplier relations.
