Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of full‑service restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of assigned restaurant outlets, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience and alignment with Mission Inn standards.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Be present on the floor to connect with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues with care.
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Drive revenue through creative programming, promotions, and events that enhance the guest experience.
• Support financial success by managing labor, costs, and contributing to budgets.
