You will partner with culinary and leadership colleagues to uphold standards, drive revenue, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
• Hotel or upscale dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of assigned restaurant outlets, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Be visible on the floor, connect with guests, anticipate needs, resolve issues.
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Drive revenue through programming, promotions, and events.
• Manage labor, costs, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
