The Setai in Miami Beach is looking for a Food and Beverage Captain (Assistant Manager) to enhance guest experiences by delivering exceptional service in the dining area. The role requires overseeing the Food and Beverage operation, ensuring high standards are met, and developing guest relations.

A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a minimum of three years of experience in a luxury hotel environment are required.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage position in a luxury hotel.
• Must be well-groomed and maintain uniform standards.
