Job summary

The Setai seeks a PM Server for its renowned Food & Beverage team in Miami Beach. You will deliver polished service on the restaurant floor, anticipating guests’ needs and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in luxury dining/hospitality, strong under-pressure performance, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel (required).
• Prior fine dining experience (highly desired).
• Forbes Travel Guide service experience (a plus).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not offered).
• Strong ability to work under pressure and perform as part of a team.
