Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Seattle is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and meet sales targets by recommending the latest eyewear trends.

You will use product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell, maintain a clean store, and support omnichannel service across in-store and online channels. A high school diploma and 2+ years in retail, preferably eyewear, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver great service.
• Team player who is adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring needs are met and shopping is memorable.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge, attending training sessions as required.
• Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross‑selling products.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online service.
• Understand and adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
