Job summary

Luxottica, a leading eyewear company, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Houston to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will possess in-depth product knowledge, engage clients with personalized recommendations, and uphold brand standards across in-store and online channels.

Role requires 2+ years in retail, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Must be punctual and reliable. Timeliness and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• A team-player who is collaborative, adaptable, respectful and open to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver and analytical thinker with ability to handle workload pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Display in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and add-ons.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless customer experiences across platforms.
