Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, gain in-depth product knowledge, and drive sales by recommending eyewear solutions to clients.

You will stay up-to-date on trends, maintain a clean, organized store, support omnichannel shopping across in-store and online platforms, and uphold brand policies while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Displays in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across in-store and online platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
