Luxottica’s Sunglass Hut in Natick is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, grow product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will represent high-end eyewear, upsell accessories, and maintain an inviting, organized store while supporting omnichannel experiences and a strong team culture. The role offers training opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet shopping needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, with follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Follow brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
