Job summary

Ray-Ban, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a busy Charlotte, NC store. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of eyewear trends, provide personalized recommendations, support omnichannel experiences, and uphold brand standards while meeting daily targets.

Prior retail or luxury sales experience is preferred, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
