Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Gastonia, NC. You will provide exceptional customer service, knowledge of eyewear products, and help customers find the right lenses and frames.

You will meet sales targets, stay current on trends, operate POS, and maintain a clean store. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required; prior retail or luxury eyewear experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge; attend trainings.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet daily, weekly, monthly sales targets.
• Maintain clean, organized store and assist with repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Provide omnichannel support across in-store and online platforms.
