LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Santa Monica. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships with clients, and help achieve daily sales targets by recommending eyewear and accessories.

You will stay informed on the latest trends, product knowledge, and store promotions while providing omnichannel support. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display knowledge of brand, warranties, and optical add-ons.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up communication.
