Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Greensboro, NC to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will develop in‑depth knowledge of eyewear products, trends, and warranties while building lasting relationships with clients both in-store and online.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales preferred, eyewear/luxury retail a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Brand, warranties, and optical add-ons offered to customers.
