Job summary

Ray-Ban is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets. You will maintain product knowledge across the latest trends and styles, offering personalized recommendations to our clientele.

You will contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience, support in-store and online, and uphold brand policies. This full-time role requires flexibility, focus, and a passion for luxury eyewear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build client relationships.
• Must be punctual and reliable. Timeliness and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player who is collaborative, adaptable and open to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver and analytical thinker able to handle workload pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and make shopping experiences memorable.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up as needed.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless in-store and online experience.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
