You will guide clients in selecting frames and lenses, take precise measurements, and ensure every detail meets the highest standards.

As a Licensed Optician, you will stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends while maintaining presentation quality and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• State licensure or certification as an optician required.
• 2+ years luxury sales experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practices.
• Strong client-following ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong client following.
• Deliver exceptional service to exceed sales expectations.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Take precise measurements and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets luxury retail standards.
• Maintain store and back-office presentation standards.
• Manage inventory controls and vet policies.
• Mentor Managers and Associates; support events and Luxottica values.
