Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and optician licensure/certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the luxury service industry.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural ability to build a client following.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain very high standards of sales and service.
• Exceed client service and sales standards by delivering an exceptional experience.
• Connect with customers to build a strong client following.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suitable for lifestyle, RX and budget.
• Accurately take measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain Luxottica Retail presentation standards on sales floor and back office.
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Support inventory controls and policies; mentor Managers and Associates.
