Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, events coordination, or admin support.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Word, Excel and event software like Delphi, SMS, Way.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for group, social and wedding inquiries into Delphi.
• Generate weekly Delphi reports for sales and catering forecasting.
• Manage third‑party RFP platforms (CVENT, HopSkip, The Knot) and update content/images/offers.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and site inspections with Sales/Event Managers.
• Prepare BEOs, Group Resumes and event materials for internal teams.
