Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hotel weddings and corporate events.
• Reliable, efficient and highly organized with a client-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate weddings, social and corporate events from contract turnover to event close.
• Serve as primary hotel contact for clients, planners, and vendors throughout planning and on event day.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding and other departments to meet event requirements.
