Qualifications

• College degree in hospitality, business, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of two years in sales or event management with one year in F&B or luxury hospitality related work experience.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal departments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicates details for sales groups, weddings, and social events, regarding hotel guestrooms, catering services, food and beverage, and banquet facilities.
• Maximize total rooms, food, beverage, and meeting room rental revenues and profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.
