Job summary

Elior North America, on behalf of the Constellation Culinary Group, seeks an experienced Event Captain for the Norton Museum in West Palm Beach, FL. You will lead event service and supervise front- and back-of-house teams to deliver couture hospitality at luxury events.

The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate setup, transport, and décor, while ensuring impeccable guest experiences. Part-time schedule supports evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting event staff to ensure a seamless and successful service.
Overseeing event setup, equipment transportation, service areas, inventory, and catering equipment.
Maintaining organization and presentation of storage and event spaces.
Assisting with room setup and décor to ensure events are executed to the highest standards.
Providing exceptional client service and addressing guest and client needs throughout the event.
