Elior North America is seeking an experienced Event Captain for Constellation Culinary Group in Miami, FL. This part-time role leads event service, supervises front- and back-of-house teams, and ensures flawless hospitality across luxury events.

You will oversee setup, equipment transport, and inventory, maintaining top standards of presentation and guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and service standards.
• Ability to lead with confidence and support a team during events.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods; lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting event staff to ensure a seamless and successful service.
• Overseeing event setup, equipment transportation, service areas, inventory, and catering equipment.
• Maintaining organization and presentation of storage and event spaces.
• Assisting with room setup and décor to ensure events are executed to the highest standards.
• Providing exceptional client service and addressing guest and client needs throughout the event.
