The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, a luxury resort in New Hampshire, invites you to join our team as Event Staff (Captains, Servers, and Bartenders). You will help set up, serve, and maintain elegant event spaces while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, greet guests, assist with seating, serve food and beverages, and ensure sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Ability to interact with diverse guests.
• Able to stand for long periods and move constantly.
• Experience in event logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during functions.
• Greet guests, seat guests, and respond to requests.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout events.
• Clear tables and reset spaces for the next course.
