The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, a luxury resort, is seeking a Bartender with knowledge of creative mixology to serve drinks, take orders, and maintain a clean bar area in our hospitality-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in bartending, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle cash transactions while ensuring compliance with NH alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a warm friendly smile.
• Proficient in handling cash transactions.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks by mixing and garnishing drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greeting guests, take orders, and present menus.
• Process payments: Accept cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain the bar: Keep the bar clean and organized, and stock bar supplies.
• Ensure compliance with New Hampshire alcohol service regulations.
• Ensure guest safety by refusing service to intoxicated or disruptive customers.
• Assist with inventory: Help with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Perform shift duties: Open and close the bar, and perform other shift duties as directed.
