Job summary

El Chorro in Paradise Valley, AZ, seeks an energetic hospitality professional to help create guest-ready event spaces for weddings, meetings, and celebrations. You’ll set up and tear down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and outdoor areas to El Chorro standards.

Join a warm, collaborative team delivering genuine hospitality. Prior banquet or event setup experience is preferred; ability to lift 100+ lbs required, with shifts 8:00AM-5:00PM and 2:00PM-10:00PM.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds and push/pull up to 500 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and outdoor function areas according to event specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other event furnishings with care and presentation.
• Refresh and maintain function rooms during events, keeping spaces clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with meeting-space equipment and basic maintenance needs as required.
• Maintain outdoor event areas so celebrations look polished in Paradise Valley surroundings.
• Support banquet, food & beverage, and event teams to deliver seamless service.
• Pitch in with other duties as assigned by a supervisor to ensure excellent events.
