Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and outdoor areas per event specs.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and furnishings with precision.
• Refresh function rooms during events to keep spaces guest-ready.
• Assist with meeting-space equipment and minor maintenance as needed.
• Maintain outdoor areas to ensure polished events in Paradise Valley settings.
• Support banquet, food-and-beverage, and event teams for seamless service.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties.
