Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Event Captain for Constellation Culinary Group in Miami, FL. This part-time role leads event service, supervises front- and back-of-house teams, and ensures flawless hospitality across luxury events.

You will oversee setup, equipment transport, and inventory, maintaining top standards of presentation and guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Event Captain to join our Constellation Culinary Group team in Miami, FL. As an Event Captain, you will lead event service and ensure every detail is executed with the highest level of hospitality. You’ll supervise front- and back-of-house teams while helping create exceptional experiences at a variety of luxury events.

Compensation Range

$32-$36 based on experience

What you'll be doing:
