Harold Jones Landscape Inc is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Foreman to manage high-end residential maintenance crews in the Santa Barbara and Montecito areas. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and leadership skills to maintain pristine landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and hold a valid driver's license. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including medical insurance and paid time off.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in residential or estate landscape maintenance.
• Experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew.
• Reliable transportation to/from job sites in Santa Barbara/Montecito area.

Responsabilidades

• Assign tasks and lead day-to-day operations for on-site landscape maintenance crews.
• Conduct tailgate safety talks and enforce safe job site behavior.
• Execute and enforce property-specific checklists on every visit.

Conocimientos

Residential or estate landscape maintenance experience

Crew leadership

Mowing, edging, pruning, and irrigation basics

Bilingual Spanish/English
