Job summary

Loro Piana North America is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to support the online business growth. You will work with the E-commerce Merchandising and Operations teams, create and manage critical reporting, and help update the US and Canadian sites as well as activation calendars.

This internship offers exposure to a global luxury brand and opportunities to learn about inventory, returns processes, and digital merchandising.

Qualifications

• Interest in luxury fashion and leather goods.
• Keen to learn about global e-commerce operations.
• Ability to create and present reports succinctly.
• Strong Excel ability for data analysis.
• Comfort with cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support E-Commerce NA team across key functions.
• Assist product ranking on the site to optimize sales.
• Support weekly reporting tasks and KPI analysis.
• Maintain merchandising activation calendar templates.
• Create trackers for launches, store operations and campaigns.
• Support Guest Services with order handling and returns.
• Monitor site updates and provide feedback to NA/HQ.
