Job summary

STARK, a luxury carpet and rug brand based in New York, seeks a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to streamline ecommerce fulfillment and final-mile delivery. You will coordinate 3PLs, manage delivery scheduling, and maintain accurate records across ERP/OMS/WMS systems.

This role partners with internal teams to deliver an elevated customer experience from purchase to doorstep, tracks key metrics, and identifies process improvements to scale STARK's ecommerce operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, or related role.
• Experience with ecommerce fulfillment processes, 3PLs, final-mile or white glove delivery preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; ERP/OMS/WMS a plus.
• Strong organization with attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment with 3PL warehouse partners to ensure accurate order processing, inventory, and on-time shipments.
• Manage final-mile delivery scheduling, acting as liaison between delivery vendors, clients, and internal account managers.
• Monitor fulfillment lifecycle from purchase to delivery and maintain records in ERP, OMS, and SharePoint.
• Hold vendors accountable to STARK's service and quality standards and escalate issues as needed.
• Review and approve labor and delivery invoices against pricing and approvals in the online system.
• Serve as primary contact for customer delivery inquiries and resolve issues to reflect luxury service standards.
• Organize and maintain delivery documentation, site photos, and post-installation records in SharePoint.
• Track fulfillment metrics like on-time delivery, damage rates, and confirmations.
• Collaborate with 5-Star CX and Claims teams to resolve escalated ecommerce issues.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to support growth and scalability.
