Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Door Host/Valet for Wilshire House in Los Angeles. You will deliver 5-star service, oversee the front driveway, direct traffic, and assist residents and guests with loading and unloading from vehicles.

The role requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, a valid California driver’s license, and a willingness to valet as positions are cross-trained. Excellent appearance and a positive team attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to valet as all positions will be cross-trained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee front driveway operations and traffic flow; coordinate with the valet.
• Escort residents and guests, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain lobby appearance.
• Perform valet duties: retrieve, park, and relocate vehicles.
• Monitor lobby activity, manage access control, and handle parcels.
