Job summary

Action Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Door Host/Valet for Wilshire House, a luxury high-rise in Los Angeles.

You will deliver 5-star service, manage the front driveway, coordinate with valet, and assist residents and guests with loading items at doors. The position offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour, two schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and vacation days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining preferred.
• Must be over 18 years old and able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Must have a valid California driver's license.
• Cross-trained in valet duties and front driveway operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee and supervise the front driveway operations.
• Direct traffic and coordinate with valet to manage vehicle status.
• Escort residents/guests into the building and assist with loading items.
• Perform valet duties: retrieve, park, relocate vehicles.
• Monitor lobby activity, manage access, and handle parcels and calls.
• Address resident and guest questions and concerns.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00

Schedule: #1- Saturday - Tuesday 7:00 am - 3:30pm & Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30pm

Schedule #2: Wednesday 3:30 pm to 12:0 am, Thursday & Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Saturday& Sunday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

• Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service and ensure 100% resident satisfaction.
• Oversee and supervise the operations of the front driveway
• Direct all incoming traffic and coordinate with the valet to manage vehicle status.
• Escort residents and guests into the building in line with hospitality guidelines, assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other items from vehicles, and maintain the appearance of the front door, front driveway, and lobby.
• Perform valet duties such as retrieving, parking, and relocating vehicles.
• Monitor lobby activity, maintain access control, provide concierge services, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and manage the receipt and distribution of resident parcels.
• Addressing resident and guest concerns and questions

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred

Must be willing to Valet as all these positions will be cross-trained in everything.

Must have a valid California Driver's License

Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
