Action Property Management is hiring a full-time Valet in Westwood, Los Angeles (Beverly West). The position pays $24/hour with a Fri-Tue 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule. Qualifikationen

• Clean driving record and ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift).

Aufgaben

• Arrive on time and in proper attire and maintain a clean driving record at all times.
• Greet residents and guests upon arrival and departure and address them formally unless directed otherwise.
• Open doors and assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles.
• Assist with luggage, groceries, packages, and other items and deliver to resident units when needed.
• Confirm destinations and routes with passengers and utilize GPS prior to transport.
• Maintain safe driving practices at all times, keeping both hands on the steering wheel and no music while driving.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and equipped with necessary amenities prior to service.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after use and document any existing damage.
• Report any vehicle damage or expenses immediately to management.
• Maintain an organized flow of traffic in the driveway and ensure vehicles do not block entry or exit.
• Conduct routine patrols of the garage and driveway areas and remain alert for unusual activity.
• Assist with screening non-resident guests and confirm access with the front desk when necessary.
• Communicate resident or guest needs with other staff and departments as needed.
• Receive shift pass-down information and inspect vehicles during shift turnover.
• Take breaks during slower periods and notify the front desk when leaving or returning.
• Follow all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
